The list you own.
Emails that get read.

Social platforms decide who sees your posts. Your email list is the one audience nobody can take away. We set it up in your own account, write the emails, keep the automations running and handle the rules that get other senders blocked. For businesses on Long Island and anywhere in the US. From $300 a month.

Why the rules matter

“Each separate email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act is subject to penalties of up to $53,088.”
Federal Trade Commission, CAN-SPAM Act compliance guide

The law covers every commercial email, including business-to-business, and the FTC says you stay responsible for what a vendor sends on your behalf. Good email is mostly good manners, but the manners are written down, and we follow them.

01 /How it works

Four steps to a list
that pays for itself.

No blasting. A list built from people who asked, and emails they have a reason to open.

01

Set up in your account.

We open the platform in your name, connect your domain, and set up the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records Gmail and Yahoo look for. Templates are built in your brand so every send looks like it came from you, because it did.

02

Build the list the right way.

Past customers, website inquiries, sign-up forms, a checkout box, a card at the counter. Every contact comes with a record of how they joined, and unsubscribes are honored automatically, well inside the FTC’s 10-business-day rule.

03

A sequence and a rhythm.

A welcome sequence that answers the questions new contacts always have, then a steady rhythm: a newsletter or an offer once a month, and automations tied to your website forms, bookings and purchases so the right email goes out without anyone remembering to send it.

04

Measure, then prune.

Opens are unreliable now, so we watch clicks, replies, bookings and unsubscribes instead. Contacts who never engage get a re-permission email and then come off the list, which keeps your spam rate low and your sender reputation intact.

02 /What’s included

Everything between
“sign up” and “sent”.

Setup once, then a monthly plan you can budget for.

Setup

  • Platform account in your name, connected to your domain.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication so your mail lands in the inbox.
  • List import and cleanup, with consent recorded for each contact.
  • Sign-up forms on your website, and a checkout or booking opt-in where it fits.
  • Templates in your brand: newsletter, offer, plain-text follow-up.
  • A welcome sequence written for the questions your customers actually ask.
  • Physical address, unsubscribe link and advertisement labeling on every template.

Every month

  • One newsletter or campaign, written, designed, tested and sent.
  • Automations kept running: welcome, follow-up, reminders, win-back.
  • List hygiene: bounces removed, unsubscribes honored, inactive contacts pruned.
  • Deliverability check: authentication, spam rate and blocklists.
  • A short report: what went out, who clicked, what it led to.
Extra campaigns, product launches and seasonal pushes are quoted per send. Pair it with a landing page ↗

03 /The rules

What the law asks.
What the inbox asks.

Two sets of rules decide whether your email gets delivered and whether it gets you fined. We build both into the setup so you never have to think about them.

The FTC (CAN-SPAM)

  • No false or misleading header information, and no deceptive subject lines.
  • Say that the message is an ad, and include a valid physical postal address.
  • Tell people how to opt out, and honor the request within 10 business days.
  • You are responsible for what anyone sends on your behalf, including us.

Gmail and Yahoo

  • Authenticate with SPF or DKIM at minimum; senders of 5,000 or more messages a day need SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Keep the spam rate reported in Postmaster Tools below 0.3 percent.
  • Bulk marketing messages need one-click unsubscribe and a visible unsubscribe link.
  • Send over TLS, with valid forward and reverse DNS for the sending domain.

05 /Common questions

Email marketing,
answered straight.

Still have one we haven’t answered? Just ask.

How much does email marketing cost?

Our email marketing starts at $300 a month, which covers one newsletter or campaign a month plus the automations we keep running for you. Setup, meaning the platform, templates, welcome sequence, consent and sender authentication, starts at $500. The platform’s own subscription is paid to the platform. Every price is a starting point; you get a written quote after a short call.

Do I need to buy an email list?

No, and we won’t send to one. Purchased lists are full of people who never asked to hear from you, which drives spam complaints, and Gmail expects spam rates to stay below 0.3 percent. We build your list from customers, inquiries, sign-up forms and in-person requests, with consent recorded for each one.

Which email platform do you use?

Whichever fits your business and budget. We set it up in an account that belongs to you, so if you ever stop working with us, the list, the templates and the history stay yours. If you already have a platform, we work in that one.

How often should a small business send email?

Often enough that people remember signing up, and no more than you can keep useful. For most local businesses that is one newsletter or offer a month, with automated emails, like a welcome message or an appointment reminder, filling the gaps. Seasonal businesses send more in season and less in the off-season.

Do you work outside Long Island?

Yes. We’re based in Westhampton Beach, and email marketing works the same anywhere. We run it for businesses on Long Island and anywhere in the US.
